Supporting the Women Behind the Men Who Build America
Well hello, friend.
I'm so glad you're here.
Whether your husband is a plumber, electrician, HVAC technician, welder, mechanic, carpenter, lineman, heavy equipment operator, pipefitter, ironworker, or works in any of the skilled trades, I want you to know something...
You belong here.
Love Him to Health wasn't created because I wanted to sell T-shirts.
It was created because I realized there wasn't a place that truly celebrated the women standing beside the hardworking men who keep our country running.
Every day, our husbands head out before the sun comes up, work in the heat, the cold, the rain, and everything in between. They come home with sore backs, tired eyes, calloused hands, dirty boots, and the satisfaction of a hard day's work.
And while they may be the ones on the jobsite, we know there's another side of the story.
We're the ones packing lunches before dawn.
We're planning dinners around unpredictable overtime.
We're washing clothes that somehow always smell like diesel, sawdust, grease, or insulation.
We're cheering them on after a long week, reminding them to slow down, helping them recover, and celebrating every milestone along the way.
We're the women behind the trades.
And I think that's worth celebrating.
Why I Started Love Him to Health
Like many of you, I've seen firsthand the sacrifices that come with this lifestyle.
The long hours.
The missed holidays.
The exhausted evenings.
The projects that somehow follow them home.
But I've also seen something beautiful.
I've seen men who take incredible pride in providing for their families.
Men whose hands literally build the communities we live in.
Men who rarely ask for recognition because they're simply focused on doing their jobs well.
Love Him to Health is my way of honoring them, and honoring you.
Because behind every hardworking tradesman is someone encouraging him, praying for him, feeding him, loving him, and helping him keep going.
More Than a Website
I hope this becomes your favorite place to visit each week.
A place where you can laugh because someone else's husband also needed "just one more trip" to the hardware store.
A place where you'll find healthy recipes for tired tradesmen.
A place where we can swap stories, celebrate victories, share advice, and remind each other that we're not alone.
Some days we'll laugh.
Some days we'll learn.
Some days we'll simply encourage one another.
No matter what, you'll always be welcome here.

This Community Is About More Than the Trades
It's about marriage.
It's about family.
It's about health.
It's about laughter.
It's about supporting the people we love.
Most of all, it's about building a community of women who understand this unique lifestyle because they're living it every single day.
Whether you've been a Trade Wife for twenty years or you're just beginning this journey, I hope you'll make yourself at home here.
Pull up a chair, grab a cup of coffee, and join the conversation.
I'd love to hear your stories, your traditions, your favorite recipes, your funniest "weekend project" moments, and the lessons you've learned along the way.
Together, we'll celebrate the hardworking men who build America, and the women who help keep them strong.
Welcome to the family.
With gratitude,
Heaven
